Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within two business days from the receipt of your order. Please note that an item cannot be returned, nor will a refund or exchange be granted unless an authorized return number (RMA) is assigned and provided by onesourceoptics.com.

In the event an RMA is assigned, OneSourceoptics will provide specific return instructions. Items being returned must be prepaid, placed in their original packing, and shipped via a traceable shipment method (UPS, FedEx, USPS w/package tracking). Refunds or exchanges for returned merchandise received after 30 days from the original date of receipt will not be honored. Please note that original shipping fees will not be refunded, and the cost to return the item back to OneSourceOptics or a supplier designated by OneSourceOptics will be incurred by the purchaser. Please note that purchasers may incur an additional charge of up to 15% for re-stocking.

Back Orders
We make every effort to have sufficient inventory available for all products sold on our website. However, market conditions may result in suppliers and manufacturers being unable to meet current demand. In the event a customer purchases an item that is out of stock, we will immediately determine whether the item can be back-ordered, and if it can, we will then provide an estimated shipping date. Most back-orders can be fulfilled in less than two weeks.

Should a customer choose to wait for an item to be back-ordered, we will hold funds received from the customer until the item is received by us, and then have it shipped.

Should a customer choose NOT to wait for the item to be back-ordered, we will immediately return funds to the customer; or alternatively, we will give the customer a store credit to be applied towards the purchase of other items we have in stock.

Shipping
OneSourceOptics is committed to its customers and will always do its best to ensure high-quality shipping transactions. Please note that Onesourceoptics.com DOES NOT offer shipping outside the United States at this time.

Because OneSourceOptics.com works with multiple suppliers, delivery time and shipment availability may vary slightly from one product to the next. However, the vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS Ground and within three to five business days of order placement.

Shipping calculations are computed as follows:

-For those products with SKU numbers beginning with 'R', standard UPS ground fees will be applied based on package weight and a shipping origin zip code of 75050

-For those products with SKU numbers beginning with 'S', standard UPS ground fees will be applied based on package weight and a shipping origin zip code of 73013

-For those products with SKU numbers beginning with 'D', standard UPS ground fees will be applied based on package weight and a shipping origin zip code of 97367.

-For those products with SKU numbers beginning with 'C', a shipping and handling fee of 10$ per order will be applied; meaning that for orders where multiple CAR product items are purchased, a flat 10$ fee will be applied to those items.

-For those products with SKU numbers beginning with 'G', standard UPS ground fees will be applied based on total package weight and a shipping origin zip code of 63382, plus $3.50 per item for insurance and handling.

For Alpen product lines, a signature on delivery is required. If a customer chooses to waive the the required signature for delivery, onesourceoptics.com takes no financial responsibility for "lost package liability". In the event a customer chooses to waive the signature on delivery requirement, communication of such must be received in writing via email at customerservice@onesourceoptics.com.

Free Shipping offers are only valid for deliveries inside the US 48 contiguous states.

Defective Goods


Please note that most of our products are warranted by their respective manufacturers for a minimum of one year.

Items deemed to be defective upon receipt, in some instances, can be returned and will be replaced by onesourceoptics.com, provided the following instructions are adhered to:

All damage claims must be communicated to OneSourceoptics no later than two business days from the original delivery date. Please contact us immediately at 866-789-9107 or via email at customerservice@onesourceoptics.com should you receive a product that is defective. Upon receiving your claim, we will issue an authorized return number (RMA) with specific return instructions. No item can be returned unless an authorized return number (RMA) is assigned and provided by onesourceoptics.com; and / or if return instructions are not followed. Otherwise, return claims may be delayed or rejected. Claims for defective merchandise received AFTER two business days may result in customers being responsible for return shipping costs incurred regardless whether the merchandise is found to be defective. These costs may include both the costs incurred to return the order to the supplier, as well as those incurred by the supplier to re-ship the order back to the customer. Damage claims rejected upon inspection of the returned items will result in the customer being charged for the additional shipping costs incurred. Those items deemed defective and for which OneSourceOptics WILL NOT accept damage claims should be returned to the manufacturer, as per instructions contained in the manufacturer warranty.

Under no circumstances will OneSourceOptics accept or honor any claims received after 15 days. Items with manufacturing defects must be sent directly to the specific manufacturer in accordance with the Warranty terms after 15 days return window has passed.

 

Damaged During Shipping
For orders deemed to be damaged during shipping, all claims MUST be communicated within two business days. Please contact us immediately at 866-789-9107 or via email at customerservice@onesourceoptics.com should you receive a product that was damaged during shipping. Upon receiving your claim, we will issue an authorized return number (RMA) with specific return instructions. No item can be returned unless an authorized return number (RMA) is assigned and provided; and / or if return instructions are not followed. Otherwise, return claims may be delayed or rejected. Claims for merchandise damaged during shipping that are received AFTER two business days may result in customers being responsible for return shipping costs incurred regardless whether the merchandise is found to be defective. These costs may include both the costs incurred to return the order to the supplier, as well as those incurred by the supplier to ship the order back to the customer. Claims rejected upon inspection of the returned items will result in the customer being charged for the additional shipping costs incurred. Under no circumstances will onesourceoptics.com accept or honor any claims received after 15 days.
